- Commercial umbrella liability. With underlying coverages such as general liability, auto liability, employer's liability, professional liability, liquor liability, garage liability, watercraft liability, aircraft liability and various miscellaneous coverages.
- Excess liability. Can include excess umbrella coverage, as well as monoline excess auto, general liability, professional, and liquor.

Brokerage
Nationwide's appointed wholesale brokers access our expertise and creativity for standalone excess or umbrella products, written over Nationwide primary and other qualifying carriers. Brokerage Excess has capacity up to $25 million and will consider higher limits through facultative reinsurance arrangements.
Lead excess/umbrella and excess layer policies with attachment points of $100 million or more are available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Underlying requirements include AM Best A- V (B+ V for Employers Liability) or better rated primary carriers with minimum primary limits of $1 million/$2 million GL, $1 million auto liability, and $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 employers liability.
